Dear Parents,

Attached is information regarding heat sheet ads for our invitational, business sponsorships, and donations. These funds are essential to make the team’s operations sustainable. This year we lowered registration fees by over 50% to make swimming an affordable sport for all children and to make our costs comparable to other local teams. At the same time, the number of swimmers decreased by over 30 swimmers. Thus, we expect we will have a shortfall considering expenses like coach salaries, ribbons, medals (approx $1000 for an invitational), swimmer motivational rewards, and the end-of-the-year party if we do not raise additional money.

We have developed a sponsorship program with affordable levels ranging from $15 to $200. Please consider asking businesses and/or community members, family, and friends to contribute. No amount is too small! Please share on your social media - you never know who might contribute!

Furthermore, there are some fabulous prizes such as Crocs, swimsuits, stickers, Hydro Flasks, t-shirts, and more to motivate our swimmers who obtain sponsorships or donations. We all know that the kids are much cuter and more persuasive than we are!
