Welcome to another exciting summer swim season! Here are the most important things you need to know as we start the 2024 Cyclones season.

PRACTICES

The 1st practice will be on Monday, June 3rd. Practices will take place at the Super Splash Park Monday - Friday:

• Beginner/Intermediate swimmers 8 am - 8:45 am
• Advanced swimmers 8:45 am - 10:00 am

REMIND APP

Weather related practice/meet notifications and last minute reminders will be sent out via Remind. Join the Cyclones Remind group at https://www.remind.com/join/46b3b4 or text the message @46b3b4 to the number 81010

SWIMTOPIA

This is the team website/app that includes meet schedule, meet registration, online store to pay any invite meet fees and order merchandise. Please verify the name, gender, and birth date of your swimmer(s) in Swimtopia.

1. Log into your account at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/
2. click on Welcome [your name] in the top right,
3. go to My Account, and
4. Click on your swimmer's name.
5. Report any mistakes by emailing [email protected] or by using the Contact Us form at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/contact-us

MARION INVITE

The first meet of the 2024 season will be the Swim Your Own Age Invite in Marion on Saturday, June 8, 2024. All parents should log into Swimtopia, click on the Meet Entry for Swim Your Own Age 2024 at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/swim_meets, click on Edit under their child(ren)'s name, and indicate if the swimmer will or will not attend this Dual meet. If your swimmer is participating, sign up for volunteer jobs at the same time using the Job Signup button. Registration and fees are due by Monday, June 3rd at noon. Entry fees will be $5 per event, per swimmer. Pay online at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/shop or by cash or check during morning practice on Monday, Jun 3rd. The online price includes a $0.25 per event convenience fee.

TEAM MERCHANDISE

For your convenience we will place a one-time group order for team swim suits. Team spirit wear will also be available for purchase for a limited time only. We encourage you to wear Cyclones spirit wear at swim meets to support your swimmer. Merchandise orders can be placed at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/shop. Prices included tax & shipping. Orders must be placed by end of day on 6/8/24! Orders placed with the group order should arrive in the 3rd week of June (approximately).

FORMS

Signed Code of Conduct forms are due as soon as possible. Paper forms are available on the pool deck or online at https://carbondalecyclones.swimtopia.com/documents

SPONSORS

We are looking for Sponsors! Sponsorships vary from $50-$500. Sponsor support helps buy basic supplies like note cards, ribbons, medals, funds meet entries, and swimmer motivational programs, and allows us to celebrate with an end-of-the-year-party. Volunteers are ready to help on the pool deck under the yellow umbrella every morning to answer any questions.
