Hello Cyclone Families!

We are excited to host the DuQuoin Swimming Indians and the Harrisburg Bullfish tonight at our first home meet of the season!

• Arrive by 4:45 pm for warm-ups at 5:00 pm.
• Concessions will be available. “If you have a rumbly in your tummy that only yummies can satisfy,” we have you covered!
• For the safety of our officials and swimmers, the Splash Park will be a “closed deck” during the swim meet. Only volunteers, coaches, and swimmers can be on the pool deck during the meet. Families are encouraged to bring chairs, tents, etc., and set up outside of the fence.
• Event cards will be handed out to each swimmer before the meet. However, make sure to check if your swimmer may also be in a relay. Only one relay card is automatically generated per relay team. Relays are usually held at the beginning and the end of the meet. Do not leave without making sure that your swimmer doesn’t have more events to swim!

• Open the Swimtopia app - Click on tonight’s event “Tri Meet: DuQuoin and Harrisburg @ Carbondale” Scroll down to your “Events of Interest.” Your swimmer’s events (including relays) will be listed here. You can also find your volunteer shifts here!

• Open the Swimtopia website - Click on the “Meets and Events” tab - Find tonight’s event “Tri Meet: DuQuoin and Harrisburg @ Carbondale” - Click on “Meet Entry.” Your swimmer’s events (including relays) will be listed here. - Click on “Job Signup.” Your volunteer shifts will be listed here.

Please sign up to volunteer at all meets in which your child is swimming (Children ages 12+ can also volunteer in your place).
